I. Generals

These general terms and conditions of sale apply strictly to all sales of products made by WEEDOLPHIN S. L. sales of products carried out in Spain and the European Union by WEEDOLPHIN S.L. and its website www.pikanteo.com with CIF: B-09864539, hereinafter referred to as Intimamenities.

Any order placed with Intimamenities necessarily implies, as an essential, determining and essential condition, the unreserved acceptance by the Client of the General Conditions of Sale of Intimamenities in force on the day on which the corresponding order is placed. Furthermore, the Client acknowledges that acceptance of these conditions shall imply their application to the order to which they refer, as well as to any subsequent order, with the exception of those cases in which new conditions are brought to their attention by Intimamenities. The fact that Intimamenities does not have recourse at any given time to any of these conditions shall not be construed as, nor shall it be equivalent to waiving recourse to them in the future or in the past.

Applicablelaw and competent jurisdiction. The interpretation and execution of the conditions, as well as all acts that are a consequence of them, shall be subject to Spanishlaw , unless there are public policy provisions to the contrary.

II. Prices

The prices published in Intimamenities are in Euros and are valid except for typographical errors. All prices are shown exclusive of VAT.

The offers on products on sale in Intimamenities will be displayed in the section «Offers» or will be indicated on the product sheet and, unless otherwise indicated, shall be valid for as long as they are displayed on the screen.

III. Different modes of payment

When placing the order, the customer may freely choose to pay for purchases made at Intimamenities by means of:

IV. Product

The offers presented by Intimamenities are valid within the limit of available stock. Intimamenities reserves the right to modify the range of products according to the according to the constraints imposed by its suppliers.

V. Shipments

  1. The purchased products will be delivered to the person and address indicated in the order.
  2. By default, invoices will be sent to the e-mail address indicated by the customer the client when registering with Intimamenities.

  • The product must be in perfect condition and without apparent signs of having been used.
  • If possible, the product to be returned must still be in its original packaging and have been correctly packaged for return.

Return instructions :

  • Return of Defective Products:

Once we have received the completed Cancellation Form, we will inform you how and where to return the package.

Once the articles have been received and checked, they will be refunded within a maximum period of 7 days.

VI.II.Order cancellation:

If the cancellation of the order arrives before the goods are dispatched, the customer will not incur any costs. In the event of a cancellation after the order has been dispatched, the customer shall be responsible for the shipping costs as well as the return as well as the cost of returning this order.
