Return and Refund of Orders

Article 68.1 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of 16 November, which approves the revised text of the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users establishes the existence of the Right of Withdrawal, the consumer and user’s right to cancel the contract, notifying the other contracting party within the period established for the exercise of this right, without the need to justify their decision and without penalty of any kind.

It is the obligation of the contracting entrepreneur to make available to the consumer or user a clearly identified Withdrawal or Return Management Document (Article 69.1 RDL 1/2007).

The period available to the consumer or user to exercise this right shall be 15 days, which will be counted from the date of receipt of the product by the buyer or the date of or the date of collection by an external agency at our premises (Article 71 RDL 1/2007).

Expenses generated by the return of the product shall be borne by the buyer (Excludes products under warranty) (Article 101.1 RDL 1/2007).

By virtue of the aforementioned precepts, the applicant accepts and makes use of the Right of Withdrawal provided for in the regulations in force.

Once completed, you must send it to the customer service department by e-mail to [email protected], indicating the invoice number, order reference and the reason for the return.

Returns will be accepted if they meet the following requirements:

  • The products must retain their original seal intact, for reasons of protection of health or hygiene (exceptions to the right of withdrawal governed by article 103 of the Royal Legislative of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 , which approves the rewritten text of the of the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users).
  • The product must be in perfect condition and without apparent signs of having been used.
  • If possible, the product to be returned must still be in its original packaging and have been correctly packaged for return.

Return instructions :

  • Return of Defective Products:

  • Return of Products for any other reason.

    • You must download and fill in the Withdrawal Document located at: https://pikanteo.com/desistimiento/formulario-desistimiento.docx and send it to the customer service department by e-mail to [email protected], indicating the invoice number, order reference and the reason for the return. Once we have received the completed Cancellation Form, we will inform you how and where to return the package.
    • Please enclose a copy of the Withdrawal Document which you have you have sent us by e-mail inside the box.
    • Once the items have been received and checked, they will be refunded.
